Don’t miss them!
1. Melissa and rosemary infusion
Its flavor is delicious. An ideal infusion to prepare you an hour before going to sleep, do you want to know why it is so suitable to drink it late at night?
- Lemon balm is one of the most well-known natural relaxants that exist. It is soft, with a pleasant flavour and, in turn, combines very well with other medicinal plants, which is why we have chosen it to mix it with rosemary. Another remarkable aspect of lemon balm is that it will come in handy to improve our digestion. So, if you are one of those people who at the end of the day usually feels bothered by gas, do not hesitate, this remedy will work very well for you.
- Rosemary is one of the most effective medicinal plants we have to raise our defenses and, at the same time, to relax. If you get used to drinking this infusion every night, you will notice how, little by little, you catch fewer colds or infections. Rosemary is very rich in vitamin C, very suitable also for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 15 g of lemon balm.
- 15 g fresh rosemary.
- A glass of water (200 ml).
- 1 tablespoon honey (25 g).
Preparation
- We will start by washing the fresh rosemary well and we can boil that glass of water. On the other hand, lemon balm can be easily found in natural stores, already prepared in bags for infusions.
- Once the water comes to a boil, add the clean rosemary and lemon balm. Allow the mixture to cook for 15 minutes, then let it sit for another 10 minutes.
- Next step? Very easy. Choose your favorite cup, add a tablespoon of honey, stir well… and enjoy!
2. Linden and thyme infusion
This is, without a doubt, one of the best medicinal infusions to drink at night. Both linden and thyme can be found perfectly in any natural store and they will help you a lot, not only to get an adequate rest, but they are also very beneficial for all these aspects:
- The combination of linden and thyme is ideal for cleansing our body and strengthening our immune system.
- Thyme has a medicinal component called “thymol” thatacts as an antibacterial, antiseptic, and antifungal. All this will come in handy late at night, because it is precisely while we sleep that our body carries out the tasks of purification and detoxification. Thus, you will have “extra” help with which to strengthen your defenses.
- It’s also worth remembering that linden is a balsamic plant, perfect for getting a good rest.
Ingredients
- 15 g linden.
- 15 g fresh thyme.
- 1 glass of water (200 ml).
- 1 tablespoon honey (25 g).
Preparation
- It’s very simple. We will start, as always, by boiling that glass of water. Once it comes to a boil, add the lime tree and fresh thyme (which we will have previously washed well), to let them cook for 15 minutes. Allow it to rest another ten and then strain all the content.
- Put the infusion in your favorite cup and add that tablespoon of honey. Drink it little by little, enjoying that moment.

Delicious and very medicinal! This is also one of the best medicinal infusions to drink at night, the reasons? Notes:
- Muscle relaxant: Both lavender and sage are two medicinal plants that are very suitable for relaxing muscle tension, perfect for those days when we come home tired and with neck pain or headaches. It will go very well, after 20 minutes you will already notice the effects.
- Antiinflammatory: Sage and lavender are ideal for relieving pain caused by arthritis or rheumatism. They are an ideal combination that will help you fall asleep deeper and more relaxed, by relieving those discomforts associated with these ailments.
