STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard delivery service will be Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays. Orders that include special products such as headboards, upholstered beds, etc., and/or with special measures (standard measures are widths of 90, 135 or 150 cm and length of 190 cm), must be consulted with our advisors. Delivery times are estimated and may be altered by causes beyond MiColchón's control (Nueva Abrest Spain, S.L.). If this occurs, we will inform you. The delivery will not be considered unfulfilled if the order has been delayed at the customer's request or if we cannot locate the buyer with the information provided.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Free delivery is only available in the provinces of Málaga and Granada. The express delivery service is 24/48 hours, as long as the following conditions are met:

- The item is in stock (please confirm with our customer service).

- The product is a standard size: 90x190 cm, 135x190 cm or 150x190 cm.

- The product is not personalized (any upholstered item or item made specifically according to the customer's specifications).

- Express delivery is only served in the provinces of Málaga and Granada.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The delivery of the order will be made to your home, with free shipping in the provinces of Málaga and Granada (consult conditions by quantity and special measurements). We inform you that we do not cover the area of Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands. Orders for the Balearic Islands must be consulted to calculate the shipping. The maximum delivery times will be 15 to 20 business days from the order confirmation, except for those items with special measurements or those that are not in stock. CONDITIONS OF THE SHIPPING SERVICE

1. These conditions will apply to shipments contracted in default of agreements or specific conditions derived from the singularity of each product or service. Consult the page of current rates for each service or product.

2. Contractual data on the designation of goods, denomination, address and population of the recipient and sender, are provided by this and under his responsibility, not being checked by the Agency, except in the event of imminent serious risk or order of the authority.

3. Services will be provided from Monday to Friday. Holidays in the destination location and the Saturday corresponding to Holy Week are excluded from the time computation.

All products of Abrest Spain, S.L. are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. To know the warranty period, go to each product sheet where we inform you of the validity period of the warranty against manufacturing defects.

In case of manufacturing defects Abrest Spain, S.L. will change the product for another as long as the claim is documented to info@micolchon.com or any other valid means in law, attaching photos or videos of the cited defects. In this case, you will not incur any expense.

In the case of having no manufacturing defects, but having enjoyed the 101 night trial period opting for the replacement of the mattress by another, Abrest Spain, S.L. informs you that:

1. If the price of the new product chosen is of lower amount, Abrest Spain, S.L. will pay the difference.

2. If the price of the new product chosen is of higher amount, you must pay that difference so that we can make the change.

3. You may change the mattress as long as it is for one of the same size.

The transport of the change or return within the first 14 natural days of receipt is at your expense, being 50€ (per product) for any mattress change or return in mainland Spain, as long as the products are in their original packaging and have not been used.

In the case that the change has been accepted by Abrest Spain, S.L, we will give you written instructions through email on how to prepare the mattress for the carrier to pick it up. The product collection will be carried out by the transportation company and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that it can be done without incidents and on the ground floor of the building. To accept a change or return of a product, Abrest Spain, S.L will ask for photos or graphical supports in which we can observe the state of the product. Only changes or returns of products in perfect condition with their original packaging unopened will be accepted.
